We provide a platform that sells custom products. We fulfill and ship orders directly to customers.

Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Returns and Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect sizing, or color preferences. However, if a product is defective or damaged, please contact us within 30 days of receipt with photographic evidence, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
5. Intellectual Property
We own a copyright to every single design on Gators and Grits. Every design was personally made by a Gators and Grits artists and cannot be reproduced or replicated without written permission.
6. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
7. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the state of Mississippi without regard to its conflict of law principles.
